Hi, welcome to Thomas Meredith Photography.

I am a freelance photographer in Austin, Texas. My background is in professional photojournalism, earning a journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation I worked as a daily newspaper staff photographer for 2 years in Austin.

Since beginning my freelance career my work has been published in the Austin American-Statesman, Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, Los Angeles Times, and Fort Worth Star-Telegram, CNN.com, as well as work for Polaris Images, the Austin Museum of Art and assisting for Sports Illustrated.

In addition to editorial work, I’ve photographed many weddings, and I’m always available to answer questions about what I can do to document your special day. References available upon request.

I’m available for a wide range of assignments and always interested in talking with potential clients.
